A local business with a personal standard
We restore more than property.
Revamp Projects & Restoration LLC is a family-owned restoration company serving Monroe, North Carolina and surrounding communities. The team works with homeowners, agents, investors and property managers on water damage, crawl space moisture issues and selected reconstruction needs.
A damaged home is stressful enough without having to chase updates or wonder who is responsible. Jason focuses on the work happening at the property. Andrea focuses on keeping customers informed, appointments coordinated and important details moving.
They bring the work ethic and accountability associated with military service into a business built around taking care of people. That means giving a straight answer, explaining the next step and treating every project like it matters to the person living or investing there.

Our way of working
Service first. Details matter.
Experience should feel personal, not transactional. These are the standards Revamp aims to bring to each job.
01 / LISTEN
Understand the real problem
Learn what happened, what concerns the customer and what needs to be looked at before recommending work.
02 / COMMUNICATE
Keep people informed
Explain the scope, scheduling and changes in plain language, with a person customers can contact.
03 / FOLLOW THROUGH
Take responsibility
Pay attention to the details during the work and make time for questions at the end.
04 / TAKE PRIDE
Stand behind the result
Verify water-mitigation drying goals and stand behind the finished remodeling workmanship.
Why the relationship matters
What you can expect from Revamp
Three ways we try to make a difficult project a little easier.
01 / CLARITY
A conversation before a recommendation
Whether it's a wet floor or a damp crawl space, the starting point is understanding the condition and what an assessment can reveal.
02 / COMMUNICATION
Someone who keeps you updated
Schedules, documents and follow-ups are part of the job. Customers should know what to expect and who to reach.
03 / ACCOUNTABILITY
Care after the work is done
If there is a concern about work Revamp completed, the team wants to hear about it and review the issue.
Two ways we stand behind the work
Water mitigation drying guarantee. Revamp guarantees that water-affected areas are dried to appropriate, documented drying targets. The job is not considered dry just because surfaces look or feel dry. Excess moisture from the damage must be addressed and drying verified before mitigation is complete.
Six-month remodeling warranty. Revamp provides a six-month workmanship warranty on completed remodeling work. Covered work, exclusions and the process for addressing concerns are defined in the written project agreement.

Does Revamp work on both water damage and crawl spaces?
Yes. The business focuses on restoration and moisture concerns, including water damage restoration, crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation and selected repair or reconstruction work. An assessment helps identify the scope needed for a particular property.
Does Revamp guarantee water-damaged areas will be dry?
Yes. For water mitigation, Revamp's drying guarantee means the affected areas are dried to appropriate, documented targets, with excess moisture from the incident addressed before completion. Building materials naturally contain some moisture, so "dry" means meeting the proper drying goal rather than removing every trace of moisture or preventing future water intrusion.
Does Revamp provide a warranty on remodeling work?
